Returns & Exchanges

Social Status offers a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that high-heat releases and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all original packaging materials, including shoe boxes and dust bags.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid return shipping label provided through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
